Sunday Worship (9-29)

One of the things I’ve most been looking forward to is meeting Pahn’s friends and joining her for church.  I was honored to have met so many of her spiritual mentors and Bible study buddies.   I knew worshipping with her now that she’s a believer would be that much more special.  I could not have imagined what we experienced though.
I
There is unbelievable joy in worshipping ‘with the nations’.   Pahn’s church has 3 pastors, 2 of which are away doing missions in Thailand.  The third, a Filipino, delivered a point on, scriptural lesson in English with a Lao interpretor.  It was great to be able to understand!  The music was fantastic and we knew several songs.  It’s also special that the church was full of 20-30 year olds!

I was brought to tears when everyone read scripture from their translation and in their native tongue.   Hearing several languages at once was absolutely stunning!

Read the banner in the attached picture.  Sound familiar?  It’s a near parallel to our current Christian to the Core series ?
